Dharmendra brings more than 12 years of experience across mining, glass, ceramics and industrial minerals. His work connects resource evaluation, plant operations and commercial quality rather than treating them as separate problems.
He holds a B.Tech in Glass and Ceramic Engineering and an M.Sc. in Mining and Geology, and has founded or advised mineral enterprises across Rajasthan and other key mining regions.
